Exchanging Sale Items

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@jamesmode.com Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the return process.

Return Form Requirement
Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed. Please ensure you include the return form with your return shipment to guarantee proper handling of your request.

Cancellation Policy
At James Mode, orders are processed automatically as soon as they are placed. For this reason, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of ordering.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@jamesmode.com and include your order number.
  • After 1 hour, or if your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In that case, you may return the package within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal.
  • The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by e-mail with a clear statement of your decision. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.
